Hampden Township Volunteer Fire Company

The Hampden Township Volunteer Fire Company has been providing 100% volunteer fire and rescue services to Hampden Township and surrounding municipalities since 1954. The mission of the HTVFC is to protect the lives and property within Hampden Township from fire, accidents, or other emergency situations. This mission also includes the performance of other charitable acts and public service that may aid in the welfare of the people of Hampden Township and the surrounding vicinity.

 

The HTVFC operates out of two fire stations, running approximately 900 calls per year. Across both fire stations the Fire Company has 6 apparatus and multiple support vehicles. These include: 2 attack engines, 2 squads (rescue engines), a heavy rescue, and a tower ladder. In total, the Fire Company operates 17 registered vehicles.

 

The Hampden Township Volunteer Fire Company is always looking for new members. Our members contribute to the Fire Company’s success in a wide variety of ways.
